HI my name is Allyson and my boyfriend has to move, and unfortunately his dog Buddy can't come with him. Buddy is a 11 month male Pit Bull and has all of his shots up to date, he loves people and other dogs, to play with. He is brown with black and white stripes. Buddy is house broken and crate trained, he can sit stay and lay down, just can't grasp the concept of give paw though but maybe someone else can teach him. I really need to find him a home because I don't want to resort to taking him to the Women's SPCA I'm afraid no one will adopt him because he is a Pit, I don't want him put to sleep. BAM BAM is a great dog!! He is now 9 weeks old and just a playful puppy. He is located in delaware. You would never know he had a disibility if he didnt occasionally run into things. Bam Bam is blind although he gets around pretty well. He wants a home that has experiance with blind dogs! He is looking for his forever home, it will be very hard for him in the future to have to be placed into a diffrent home SO he needs a very serious adopter. He is a sweetie and likes playing with the other dogs and cats in his foster home. He would do well in a home with another dog to show him around. His new home will need to show him alot of love and socialization!!!!! His picture doesnt do him justice, he is much cuter in person and just a love bug. No Name(he has a name but I forgot to write it down) is located in Reistertown, Maryland. He will be 3yrs old this November. No Name is a fawn colored American Bulldog. Meet the Maryland Twins!5/22/03

These two dogs are brother and sister. They are 11months old, up to date on shots and altered. There is a bit of a controvery over their breed, its a toss up between American bulldog or Boxer. The good samaritan that has them dosen't know, and we have not met the dogs yet. We are looking for foster care so we can evaluate the dogs and get them ready for a new home. Polo is patiently waiting for a new home!! He is located in Virginia!

Polo is almost two years old and is still waiting for that special home. He is a purebred deaf Dogo Argentino. Polo still looks like a clunky puppy and is lots of fun to have around. He enjoys his family's company. Polo weighs aprox 90 lbs and needs a home that will give him lots of exercise, love and attention. He needs to further his obedience education but he loves to learn so he would make a perfect enjoyable student.
Polo is very friendly and likes to visit with people. His favorite past times include watching movies from the couch surrounded with his people and maybe a little popcorn. He loves belly rubs and enjoys giving foot licks. He would do well with a female four legged companion doggie but he really prefers to not share any space with male dogs, as well he thinks he should be the special male dog in the home!

Overall Condition: Excellent health, had been given antibiotics while in shelter for
Bordatella(sp?) she was spayed three weeks ago and her scar healed very nicely.
Shes presently up to date on all shots including her heartworm shot (Proheart) just
two weeks ago.

Free is an absolutely wonderful dog, shes very good natured and VERY active. She enjoys long walks, playing with humans and pups and will definitely be a great addition to the "right" family. Free was housebroken when she came to our home and has continued her "good behavior" with not a single accident in the home. From what I can tell with limited exposure, she seems to get along well with cats...not really paying much attention to them, and if they're quiet and not aggressive towards her, shes quite content with a smell. Free also gets along well with dogs, but again..exposure has been somewhat limited to 3 males (all fixed) and one female..all of varying sizes. Being comfortable is definitely one of Frees priorities, as shes been allowed on the furniture and in bed. When Free first came into the home she stayed in an opened door crate for the first 3-4 nights as thats where she felt comfortable as I didn't force her into it, then she discovered the bed...oh joy! lol Free has been exposed...again, limited...to children and she seems to be fine around them, not particularly paying too much attention to them. Free walks on a harness and again, is very well behaved but will need obedience training to curb her of some "habits". One habit is jumping (front feet) on to peoples chest but not doing nipping or anything such as that, just likes to be close to face. I don't mind this, but alot of people don't care for this so obedience class would certainly address this. Free knows the "sit" command and how to "give a paw" when seated, and "c'mere". She has yet to learn "lay down" or other commands, but again..that can be addressed w/ basic obedience class. Puppy#10 Isis
Isis is a 5 month old American Bulldog/Pit Bull mix. Isis is full of confidence and willing to explore loud noises and new surroundings with a wagging tail! She is up to date with vaccines, spayed, current on heartworm prevention,
and has been dewormed. Isis is crate trained and about 95% housebroken. She is learning quite well but is still a baby and will have an accident from time to time if not watched closely enough. Isis gets along well with other dogs and cats but since she is a bull breed she will only be adopted to a home with either no other dogs or dogs of the opposite sex, kitties are fine! She just likes to be in charge! These puppies will only be adopted to residents 21 years of age or older in the following states: MD, PA, VA, NJ, DE, AND DC.

Puppy#12 Bianco
Bianco is a 5 month old American Bulldog/Pit Bull mix. She is up to date with vaccines, spayed, current on heartworm prevention,
and has been dewormed. She loves to snuggle but Bianco is very shy, no one knows why but loud noises and new things frighten her. She is great with everyone she meets but is she hears a loud noise, such as hands clapping or a dish dropping, she will run to the corner and cower. As far as we know nothing has happened to her, just a lack of confidence. She was a part of a litter of 12 so maybe the other puppies picked on her? We do not know. She will only be adopted to someone with experience with the bully breeds and who is willing to do training and work on her confidence. She will make a wonderful dog for someone who is willing to give her a little extra love and attention. Bianco is crate trained and about 95% housebroken. Simone, needs a foster or forever home fast!

Here is a little bio on Simone.
Simone is an Argentine Dogo/Staff Mix. She is almost 2 years old, her
birthday being in January. She weighs about 45-50 pounds. She is up to date
on all her shots and is spayed.

Simone is a great companion and absolutely adores human contact. She does
well when she meets new people, she just has to smell them first. She loves
snuggling and putting her head on your lap. Simone also loves car rides,
being able to stick her head out the window. She loves all types of weather
and likes to soak up the hot rays on her dark coat. Simone has a good amount
of energy that she needs to expend every day. However, she can also be very
lazy, and enjoys sleeping in.

Simone does not get along with all other dogs. She has some friends but they
are mostly male. She has never lived with smaller animals, but I do see some
predator instinct in her when we are out in the woods. As well, I would not
put Simone in a house with a child that is smaller than her. Though I know
she would never hurt them, she has a lot of energy which makes some kids
nervous. Then Simone can get nervous!

Simone has been to basic obedience class adn knows sit, down, off, wait,
come, load-up. She is very clever and with continual training, I can see her
being very well behaved. She loves life adn just needs a loving master to
play with.

Here is what P.B.'s foster mom has to say: P.B., which is what we are calling this baby, is friendly with everything - I have a large dog and cats - all he is wanting to do is play - he has shown NO aggression toward anything since he has been here - I have small children and older kids and he loves them all!!! P.B. is only about a year old I am sure - he is still puppy in alot of ways. He is so loving it is amazing - I can put my hand in his food dish while he is eating and he just licks my hand - I work with him alot with my 5 year old daughter and he is great - he listens very well - This dog is just a wonderful soul and deserves such a good home with lots of love - he does not potty in the house either - he has been an indoor dog by his behavior in the house and by the way he looks - he is clean and very street niaeve!!!! I hope someone has a home for him - currently we have him confined so my neighbers will not harm him - we are doing our best to protect this baby until we find him a perfect home!!!
